The software configures the various send and receive options and monitors the fax an phone lines.

    1.     Software detects dial digits on fax machine. If , receives fax document.
            (i) if email number (<5 digits), gets email address, schedules email message
            (ii) if country city number, schedules Internet fax transmission ( to FaxSav, FaxAway, NetCentric etc.)
    2.     Software dials ISP to send fax/email of Internet fax message
    3.     Fax machine sends fax to remote fax
    4.     Fax machine receives fax
    5.     PC receives fax
    6.     PC prints document to fax machine
